Alison Doody

Alison Doody, born 11 November 1966 in Ireland is an actress and model. She made her film debut with a tiny part in Bond film A View to a Kill (1985) she was later cast to play an archaeologist who is sympathetic to Nazis, Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Siobhan Donavan played the role in A Prayer for the Dying in 1987, Charlotte was in Taffin (in 1998) as well as Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Doody began her modeling career after her being approached by an aspiring photographer. She has since developed into commercial modeling. Doody was averse to glamour and nude work, a rule that was carried into her acting.
