Evan Rachel Wood was born September 7, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her father, Ira David Wood III (a theatre actor, writer, director) is her father. Sara Wood Wood is her mother and actress. Her brothers who are older than her are Dana Wood, a musician and Ira David Wood IV who have also been actors. Evan as well as her brothers appeared in the Theatre In The Park, Raleigh in the same place where her father serves as the executive director.
